Advantone provides mission critical service with multi-location redundancy to process calls reliably 24x7x365 at very high service levels. Each Advantone Data Center is equipped with redundant routers and switches, as well as N+1 redundancy for IVR application, database, and speech utilities (e.g. Text-to-speech and Speech recognition).
Advantone has three North American locations and each maintain extensive IVR platform resources. The Data Centers at these locations provide Advantone’s hosted application customers with a secured environment that is also geographically distributed and redundant. This assures applications will continue no matter what occurs at any single location. Each Data Center is hardened to be level-5 crisis ready. They are physically protected and stand ready with alternative power generation, etc., to assure continuity of service.
